Sometimes thinking of meal planning can be daunting. This class will discuss ways to make meal planning a breeze using common ingredients in recipes and recreating leftovers to make delicious healthy meals throughout the week for your and your family. This class involves a cooking demonstration, some hands on activities (if you like to participate) and sampling of prepared foods at the end...so make sure to bring your appetite! Class space is limited to 7 individuals and requires pre-registration and payment. Since this is a cooking class and requires purchasing of foods, there are no refunds for cancellations.
Fighting Inflammation Common Trigger Foods/Food Sensitivities

Trigger foods are foods that cause (aka trigger) an undesired response in our bodies. Trigger foods are not the same for everyone. Some individuals are highly sensitive to gluten and others to dairy. In this class you will learn about trigger foods and how they can result in chronic inflammation. We will also discuss how to identify possible food sensitivities and tips on limiting/replacing these foods.
This class does include food preparation or demonstration.
